Yes. Nominees under 18 may be considered for recognition. Written permission from a parent or legal guardian will be required before the minor’s name, photographs, or information is published.
Eligible nominations are evaluated based on impact, leadership, service, excellence, and alignment with VBD values. Sponsorship, advertising, and optional promotional purchases do not influence selection.
No. Only selected honorees and, when necessary, finalists or nominators from whom additional information is required will be contacted.
