2.2. Once a payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
3.1. The advertiser is responsible for any material they supply for publication in VBD Magazine or that is created by our design team and approved by the advertiser.
3.2. It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy, originality, and legality of all content provided for publication.
3.3. Victorious By Design reserves the right to refuse any advertising content that does not align with our values, brand standards, or legal requirements.
4.1. Advertisers and featured individuals may request changes to any approved content. Such requests must be made in writing at least two (2) weeks before the issue’s closing date.
4.2. Any late change requests are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
5.1. VBD Magazine is not responsible for failure to publish an issue or fulfill services due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, national emergencies, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
5.2. In cases where no response is received from a client regarding content approvals or required materials, Victorious By Design is not liable for missed publication deadlines or refunds once payment has been processed.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Determination of what constitutes a material change is at our discretion.
8.1. All content published in VBD Magazine, on our website, or in any related materials—including but not limited to text, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is the property of Victorious By Design or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from Victorious By Design.
9.1. Users of the VBD Magazine website and services must engage respectfully and lawfully at all times. Harassment, defamation, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

Automatic Renewals
10.1. Subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the current term unless canceled before the renewal date.
10.2. Subscribers can manage or cancel their subscriptions by contacting us at vbdmagazine@gmail.com or through their online account, where available.
10.3. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made after the renewal date.
11.1. All sales of digital products, including e-books, PDF magazines, and other downloadable materials, are final once download access is granted.
11.2. Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
12.1. All VBD Magazine merchandise is fulfilled through third-party dropshipping and print-on-demand providers. Each item is custom-made after your order is placed; therefore, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
12.2. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email vbdmagazine@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
12.3. We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund, following their policies. In most cases, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
12.4. Clearance, personalized, or custom-design items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
12.5. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or covered by our fulfillment partner’s guarantee.
13.1. By submitting materials (text, images, audio, video) for publication, contributors grant Victorious By Design a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute such materials in print, digital, and promotional formats.
13.2. Submitted materials may be edited for style, clarity, length, and brand consistency without altering the intended meaning.
14.1. Our website and magazine may include links to third-party websites. Victorious By Design is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.
14.2. Users should review the terms and policies of any third-party sites before engaging with them.
15.1. If you post comments, testimonials, or other content on our platforms, you grant Victorious By Design the right to use, reproduce, and display this content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution.
