In October 2026, VBD Magazine will celebrate five years of sharing stories that inspire, encourage, and empower readers around the world.
Since its launch in October 2021, the magazine has highlighted people of faith, leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, creatives, advocates, and changemakers whose work is strengthening communities and making a meaningful difference.
Our commemorative fifth-anniversary issue is scheduled to be published on Thursday, October 22, 2026. This issue will honor our journey while looking toward the future. It will also introduce Central Florida’s 25 Victorious Leaders, a special recognition celebrating individuals who lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and create meaningful impact in their field, organization, or community.
We look forward to celebrating with you and stepping boldly into our next chapter.
Dr. Ivanah Thomas does not view perimenopause and menopause as peripheral women’s issues. She sees them as significant stages of health that deserve informed care, evidence-based solutions, and greater attention within the healthcare community. Her perspective combines medical education, advanced study, personal experience, and a commitment to improving women’s hormonal health.
As Founder and CEO of NoPause Health Solutions and a United Nations advocate for women’s health, she has made hormonal literacy central to her mission while expanding the organization’s work to include integrative oncology support and survivorship. Through education, advocacy, and whole-person care, she is helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging health transitions with greater knowledge and confidence.
Few stories carry the weight of lived experience and the power to transform perspectives like that of James “Butch” Rosser Jr., MD, FACS, and his wife, Dana Rosser. He is a world-renowned laparoscopic surgeon and trailblazing innovator in the medical field. She is a bestselling author and passionate advocate who has given voice to the often-overlooked emotional journey of loving someone battling obesity. Together, the Rossers are transforming the national conversation around health equity, family healing, and what it means to truly care.
